Please complete the online order form in it's completion. By doing so, it gives us the information we need to start on your order. Also, it helps us to update our records and ensure your order is billed and shipped to the proper locations. Also, an email address is needed to send proofs for your approval.

Please note on the order form if you have an event date. For the item you are interested in, look for the standard production time and keep that in mind with your event date. Production times are set by the factory, not Cravens & Associates, so if a rush is needed and available, rush charges may apply.

Please check your email. When you send an order in by email or the on-line order form, a reply email will be sent to you within a couple of days to verify receipt. If you DO NOT receive a reply email, please call the office at 800-582-2950. Proofs will also be sent to the email provided on the order form for your review and approval.

Order processing time. Production time on an order does not count the day you submit an order to Cravens & Associates. From the time you submit an order until a proof approval is sent back to us is just the order processing. Production Time starts the day after we submit a completed order with an approved proof to the Factory.

Shipment and Billing. Cravens & Associates is a Distributor for the Specialty Advertising Products that you order. All items are produced at various factories around the country. So, multiple items ordered at the same time will be shipped and billed separately.

Over or Under Runs. Each factory has a policy of the possibility for over or under runs on the item ordered and that number will be shipped. Standard is up to 10% over or under the quantity that you ordered. PLEASE NOTE: if that is the case, you will be billed for that difference.

Imprint Information. Cravens & Associations is a SERVPRO® National Vendor. We will automatically include all the required legal phrases on your marketing items. Information imprint needed from you will be: your franchise name and numbers and any other information like your website or services provided. Information included on items will depend on the imprint area available for each item.
